Malincross Ltd is a North County Dublin property development company with an excellent reputation in building residential homes. Over the last 25 years, Malincross Ltd has completed numerous residential housing estates in the Balbriggan area and have carried out construction work on one-off existing houses in need of repair and extension.

In the past, our new homes have been generally located in Balbriggan area. Balbriggan is a picturesque seaside town which provides a range of facilities and activities to cater for the modern family: great primary and secondary schools, a lovely beach and harbour, shops, restaurants, cafes and Millfield shopping centre which provides a host of retail and fashion stores. Balbriggan town offers a regular train commuter service to both Dublin and Belfast. The M1 is particularly close by which gives direct access to Dublin City Centre via the Port Tunnel and Dublin Airport is a 12 minute drive.
